Viracon LLC Are you excited for a challenging summer internship? Please join Viracon this upcoming 2025 summer for an opportunity to work on some monumental buildings! We offer challenging projects with a dedicated mentor. Responsibilities may include: * Assist in material evaluation and new product development. Including designing and running experiments to provide data and solution to these problems. * Leadstudies in the lab, create lab samples, and run manufacturing trials to evaluate material properties and performance. * Develop working relationships with our suppliers to stay informed of new materials and technologies. * Evaluate field failures and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences. * Develop additional test procedures to evaluate current or new products that ensure the products will perform when installed in different field applications. Qualifications: * Junior status (with Engineering emphasis) at a 4-year college with 3.0 GPA or higher is required. * A motivated, self-started with the ability to work with minimal supervision. * Problem solving and strong analytical skills a must. * Ability to design, carry out, and document tests.
