  • Greet every client promptly, enthusiastically and courteously
  • Process client transactions accurately while maintaining pre-determined cash limits
  • Scan, balance and submit completed transactions throughout shift
  • Assist existing and potential clients with general banking questions or needs including:
    • Account activity requests (balances, transaction history, print-outs, etc.)
    • Accept information for check orders and address changes
  • Preserve pleasant appearance of work area and/or location
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of applicable banking regulations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of financial products/services in order to make appropriate referrals
  • Ensure supplies are adequately stocked
  • Travel to and work at other locations as necessary
