Robert Half is representing an exciting REMOTE-PERMANENT-DIRECT HIRE opportunity for an experienced Workday Manager. This unique role involves executing the vision for Workday Financials & Human Capital Management modules within a thriving quickly growing organization. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating on functional roadmaps for Workday and Adaptive Insights, in conjunction with the VP Business Support Systems and key enterprise leaders.

  • Scoping, planning, and executing approved application enhancement projects, with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Ensuring system security and confidentiality standards in compliance with ISO27001:2013.

  • Developing user support solutions, including managing escalated support cases.

  • Managing an experienced high functioning team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven expertise in Workday Financials and Human Capital Management.

  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and third-party providers.

  • Demonstrated abilities in IT project management methodologies.

  • Proven people administrative management experience.

  • Must have US Citizenship due to federal contract requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of Workday Pro Financials or Workday Pro HCM Core certification
