Job Title: Skilled Trades Recruiter

Location: Overland Park

Base Salary + Commissions ($80,000-$150,000 year one)

Responsibilities:

  • Source and manage candidates to fulfill Ultimate's recruitment needs

  • Conduct candidate research and development

  • Analyze the market to identify recruitment opportunities

  • Conduct meetings with clients

  • Participate in networking events to connect with potential candidates

  • Maintain and update CRM systems

  • Offer timely solutions to clients and candidates

  • Provide regular reports on recruitment account status

  • Propose strategies to enhance performance and identify avenues for growth

Requirements:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
