Electrical Foreman

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Electrical Foremen for commercial work around the Kansas City Metro . The pay range is $30-$60 per hour based on experience. All Electrical Foreman are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

  • 5+ years of experience in a foreman role within the electrical industry.

  • Proficient understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.

  • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and specifications.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial electrical systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.

  • Technologically adept and meticulous in daily inspection of installations.

  • Knowledge of change orders, building plans, and installation manuals.

  • Excellent planning and execution skills.

  • Understanding of contract documentation.

  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop team members.

  • Professional demeanor suitable for representing the company.

  • Relevant certifications and a valid driver's license.

  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test.
