Job Summary:

This position involves assisting the grounds supervisor and maintenance department in maintaining the grounds of the IHCC Campus.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous relevant experience preferred.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Performed:

  • Operate and maintain various types of equipment including mowers, tractors, weedeaters, chainsaws, tillers, etc.

  • Mow and perform general labor, may include lifting up to 50 lbs. or more.

  • Maintain landscape areas by mulching, pruning, planting, and weeding.

  • Keep grounds free of litter and debris.

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance

  • Perform duties in accordance with OSHA regulations.

  • Other duties as may be assigned.

Aux 3, Non-exempt, at will employment on a letter of employment

Employment Length:

Temporary - Seasonal

Schedule:

Hours are based on need – anticipated 6 hrs/day, Monday-Thursday
