Responsibilities:

• Find CNC Recipe for job & load or must be able to build Recipe as required for new jobs

• Perform the first piece sample

• Setup crosswire program

• Setup frame magazine & Crosswire welder

• Inspect wires for defects, Label full boxes with the required Labels

• Move full pallets to the storage area

• Change wire Spools out when required with Hoist or ask Fork truck (driver when needed)

• Know how to operate the overhead Hoist and Follow safety requirements for operating the Hoist (fill out the Hoist inspection sheet). Can be trained on Hoist use

Qualifications:

• Collect all materials and equipment needed to begin the process

• Check wire to ensure the highest quality

• Maintain equipment in good condition, adjust, repair, and clear jams as required

• Keep records of quantities and time as required

• Report on issues, malfunctions, or defective product

• Lift up to #40 as required, stand for up to 10 hours a day, Bend, sit, stand, lift, pull

• Keep your area clean and organized
