RN Clinical Manager Accurate Home Care Full Time Referral Bonus up to $3,000 Position Summary Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a change or supervisor opportunity? Accurate Home Care is looking for an RN like you to help grow the depth of our Clinical Management Team. Our RN Clinical Managers provide supervision of care providers; assist in orientation, training, and supervision of new staff; and implement the nursing process: assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating. Provide supervision of care providers to include coaching or disciplinary issues and performance management. Assist in orientation, training, and supervision of new staff Implementing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementing, evaluating Completion of patient care plans and required documentation associated to patients and staff Communicate with physician and other members of multidisciplinary patient care team to implement care coordination of a patient from preadmission to discharge ensuring proper communication of patient care needs to the appropriate professionals.
