In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:

  • Take active role in MCAT activities

  • Ensure test case (unit test, integration tests) creation and maintenance for MCAT/Grading system

  • Constantly enhance the level of “Automatic testing”

  • Streamline Release management process for MCAT/Grading system

  • Analyze and implement requirements into our system

  • Collaborate on roll-out of features and systems in our tire plants

  • Be part of the ITSM (Incidents, Problems, Change requests)

  • Adopt agile methodology and support digital transformation

  • Assure cybersecurity compliance

  • Take part in training of the customer

  • Identify opportunities for enhancement and performance improvement of the productive systems and implement projects as required, including change management and implementation of software changes.

  • Academic degree in IT, computer science or any similar field

  • 3 years of programming experience

  • Basic database knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of IT service management (ITIL)

  • Technology stack:

  • C#, .NET8

  • Microsoft SQL Server

  • GitHub

  • CI/CD, Jenkins, Octopus

  • Visual Studio/Rider

  • Soft skills stack:

  • Professional command of written and spoken English

  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills

  • Independent and solution-oriented mindset

  • Assertive and experienced with bringing in own ideas in a complex setup

  • Strong customer service orientation, communication skills, teamwork and intercultural competence

  • High level of commitment, resilience and flexibility, opportunity to travel globally.
