Continental HR Operations Project Manager in Otrokovice 2, Czech Republic

  • Manages project team to reach the targets regarding timing, cost, scope, and quality

  • Represents the project internally and externally regarding all aspects (customer, supplier)

  • Ensures adequate team staffing in cooperation with line management- Manages all project phases and ensures to get a committed, reliable project order and project charter

  • Steers project planning and documentation structure according to agreed project management standards

  • Steers project relevant changes/decisions in agreement with Steering Committee

  • Manages risks and issues

  • Escalates issues to Steering Committee if necessary

  • Decides on overall project status setting (green, yellow, red)

  • Has control over the assigned project resources according to the approved project charter"- Steers activities to drive forward required changes (such as organizational changes, cultural changes, competency development and training)

  • Steers project-related communcation

  • Analyzes influence of different stakeholders to the project and manages their expectations- Updates project planning and reports status according to agreed project management standards
