Joining our internal consulting unit, you'll be an integral part of the team overcoming the challenges of SAP implementations, with a focus on the dynamic landscape of SAP in Siemens' manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects , specializing in one of the following modules - EWM, MM, PM or PP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design SAP solutions aligned with organizational goals. Your expertise will be crucial in configuring, customizing, and optimizing SAP modules to enhance functionality and efficiency. Engage with clients to identify continuous improvement opportunities in SAP processes and provide expert guidance on best practices in materials management and production planning.

As a proactive contributor, you will conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of SAP solutions. Keep an eye on trends and updates , applying this knowledge to enhance system performance. Take responsibility for knowledge development and actively contribute to expanding the company's internal SAP competence.

Your role extends beyond the technical aspects; proactively consult with customers and business partners on standardization, harmonization, automation, and improvement of performance, quality, and costs . Your proactive approach will be key in driving standardization and improvement initiatives.

  • Successful completion of a degree in economics, business informatics, IT, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.

  • Relevant experience in applicable SAP modules.

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, complemented by effective communication and presentation abilities.

  • Proactive, decisive, creative, and customer-oriented with a keen sense of initiative.

  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment, demonstrating an eagerness to learn from diverse cultures and appreciating additional

  • Business fluent in English and ideally German. Any other language is a plus. Skills are required, both written and spoken
