We are actively seeking individuals with diverse skills ranging from electro-mechanical assembly to shipping and receiving. If you are ready to contribute your expertise and be part of a dynamic team, apply today! Location: Osseo, MN Wage: $19/hr. Hours: Monday - Friday: 6:30 am 3 pm or 9:30 am - 6 pm Benefits of the manufacturing worker / warehouse worker: Comprehensive insurance coverage available after 90 days, including health, dental, vision, life, STD, and non-work accident. Duties of the manufacturing worker / warehouse worker: Perform electro-mechanical assembly using small hand, air, or electric tools. Utilize brazing rods to connect joints during the assembly process. Conduct quality assurance tests on finished parts. Maintain accurate logs to monitor performance, defects, and quality metrics. Calibrate cooling units and adhere to Kanban instructions and 5-S's framework. Execute warehouse duties such as shipping and receiving, loading/unloading using RF scanners, and other assigned tasks. Requirements of the manufacturing worker / warehouse worker: Basic math skills, including fractions, charts, graphs, tables, and diagrams. Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment. Successful completion of a pre-screen drug test and national background check.
