Job Title: Warehouse Quality Specialist

Location: Pisa

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE:

  • Garantire la compiance dei processi/ attività di magazzino ai equisiti cGMP.

  • Supporta Ispezioni Regolatorie, Corporate ed Interne.

  • Gestire Deviazioni, CAPA e CR di reparto

  • Responsabile della formazione del personale

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Gestisce i processi di qualità in area magazzino (es. deviazioni, CR, segnalazioni, ecc)

  • Change owner e CAPA owner in area Supply Chain

  • Responsabile della gestione del sistema della documentazione di reparto (stesura/aggiornamento procedure, form, ecc.)

  • Responsabile dell’addestramento del personale di magazzino

  • Supporta attività di continuous improvement per l’area magazzino

CORE ELEMENTS RELATED TO THIS ROLE:

  • Conoscenza approfondita cGMP industria farmaceutica

  • Collabora con il diretto superiore per assicurare il rispetto delle current GMP all’interno del reparto

  • È responsabile del monitoraggio/segnalazione dei materiali in scadenza e de corretto flusso di smaltimento

  • E’ responsabile della verifica dei dati di monitoraggio di Temperatura ed umidità dei magazino

  • Referente di Reparto per la gestione e archiviazione dei documenti di reparto

  • Responsabile per la reportistica di reparto area quality

DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS:

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise

  • Conoscenza normative GMP e dei principali sistemi di Gestione della Qualità

  • Conoscenza sistema Trackwise e Veeva per la gesitone di cambiamenti e della documentazione di magazzino

  • Esperienza nella gestione della cold chain dell’industria farmaceutica

  • Conoscenza di sistemi gestionali ERP JDEdwards

Leadership

  • Capacità di influenzare gli altri nella valutazione di soluzioni volte ad efficientamento area magazzino.

Decision-making and Autonomy

  • Ottima capacità di problem solving

  • Conduce investigazioni di qualità, gestisce change e redige SOP in autonomia

Interaction

  • Interagisce con altri reparti per gestire finalizzare investigazioni, definire improvement, migliorare la gestione degli attuali processi produttivi

  • Interagisce con il personale operativo di magazzino agendo da trainer su SOP al fine di garantirne la qualifica e nella analisi di investigazioni/ improvement di qualità

Innovation

  • Responsabile di guidare progetti di miglioramento in area qualità di magazzino

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Preferibile esperienza pregressa di almeno un anno in analogo ruolo/mansione

  • Laurea Scientifica o in o discipline analoghe

  • Inglese Fluente
