Eaton Corporation Service Sales Manager in Oslo, Norway

What you’ll do:

Lead service sales and business development in Norway driving sustainable business growth for Eaton's Electrical services.

Your main responsibility is to ensure that Eaton meets set budget targets for service sales in Norway.

You will lead, develop and execute service sales including hands-on sales and cooperate with country sales organization to maximize service sales and securing best available solutions to the customers. You are measured e.g. by sales volume, sales pipeline and gross margin.

You represent Service business in country management team & Nordic service management team contributing to service development in the region. You also contribute to EMEA Electrical Services community. You report to Nordic cluster and functionally to country Management.

Our field service professionals operate providing high-quality services to electrical equipment securing critical power supplies to vast range of business customers. Electrical Service portfolio in Norway is UPS-driven but the team is working in other areas as well e.g. power distribution, emergency lighting and EV charging.

Work requires some travelling, mainly in Norway and sometimes workshops abroad. Company Car is provided.

Qualifications:

  • Min. B.Sc. Electrical or Business school

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
