THE ROLE:
As an HR Rotational Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to gain exposure to various facets of Human Resources with rotations in operations as an HR Business Partner and as a Specialist in our Centers of Excellence. This internship program is structured to provide a well-rounded experience through rotations in different HR functions, including but not limited to:
YOUR IMPACT:
HR Business Partner
Learn about employee engagement, conflict resolution, and performance management
Gain exposure to strategic talent management processes, including succession planning and workforce planning
Analyze survey data and partner with leaders to action feedback and increase team member satisfaction
Learn about labor relations including grievance handling and dispute resolution
Centers of Excellence
Partner with our centers of excellence on merit planning, analytics, and automation
Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs
Assist in organizing and facilitating workshops
Create and enhance our leadership development programs
Participate on an enterprise project and learn the importance of collaboration, communication, and change management
Collaborate with talent acquisition team to identify and engage top talent
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Current enrollment in a Master’s program with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Graduation date of December 2025 - December 2026
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Data literacy and analytical skills
Previous HR internship experience
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
High learning agility and ability to adapt to new challenges

Pay Range:
$18.00 - $37.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
