JOB REQUIREMENTS: Multicircuits, a leader in the electronics industry, is looking for an individual to support the sales team as a Quote Specialist. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing customer data for the preparation of quote packages, order entry, order verification and order follow-up and tracking. Review and analyze technical prints, engineering data and customer quality requirements. Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotes from pricing matrix using established procedures. Interpret, analyze and answer customer inquiries regarding quotes, terms, deliveries, complaints, adjustments and requests for information. Acknowledge orders and alert customer to changes in order status, delivery and pricing. Delegate requests for information, complaints or service of a technical nature to the appropriate department for analysis or disposition. Maintain proficiency with company products and product applications, pricing procedures and sales policies. Position will grow into an Account Manager position with assigned customer accounts. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Customer service/sales experience required. Must be organized, accurate, conscientious, dependable and a quick learner. Position requires strong math skills, proficiency in computer software systems including MS Office Suite, ability to learn proprietary software, solid verbal and written skills, good time management and attention to detail. Pre-employment physical and drug screen required. Direct deposit is required.
