JOB REQUIREMENTS: Working Title: Head Women\'s Golf Coach Official Title: Coach Employment Class: Limited FTE: 1.0 Compensation: \$34,675 FLSA Status: Exempt Terms of Employment: 12-month, Annual Position Summary: Develop and maintain effective and competitive intercollegiate women\'s golf program though recruitment of quality student-athletes and successful coaching of those individuals. In the recruitment effort, will be a representative of the total institution, with all of the factual knowledge and sensitivities requires by that representative. Responsibilities Coaching 1. Understand and develop plans for student athlete success on and off the course of competition. 2. Plan, organize and execute all in season practice sessions, competition plans and team meetings as well as offseason conditioning programs. 3. Collaborate and plan with the staff to implement strength and conditioning for women\'s golf student athletes. 4. Continually evaluate each individual student athlete\'s needs and short/long term goals. Recruiting 1. Recruit and retain academically and athletically qualified student athletes. 2.
