What is the job?​

As a French restaurant manager, you will collaborate with the F&B Director, F&B Manager, and Head Chef to deliver the finest service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff, maintaining quality, and ensuring seamless operations to provide the highest level of service for our guests

Your day to day​

  • Overall food and beverage service

  • Sales and budget management

  • Proposal of events and initiatives

  • Staff development

  • Shift scheduling

  • Collaborating with superiors to enhance overall employee satisfaction throughout the hotel

  • Effective daily communication in both Japanese and English with superiors, other outlet and restaurant managers, chefs, and team members

What We Need from You

・Fluency in Japanese and English – Extra language skills would be an advantage, but not essential.​

・Minimum three years of experience in the restaurant or in the relevant field including supervisory experience.​

・Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/Business Administration. ​

・日本語と英語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力 - 他の言語話せる方優遇

・レストラン または関連分野での最低3年以上の経験があり、マネージメント経験があることが望ましい

・ホテルマネジメント/ビジネス管理の学士号または同等の高等教育資格。
