Your Opportunity as the Lead Analyst, Sweet Baked Snacks (SBS) Finance Provide financial leadership for the Voortman brand, as well as providing financial oversight and support for the Hostess brand. Collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners, including Brand Marketing, Innovation, and CCB, to manage and grow the portfolio through marketing campaigns, new item introductions, distribution expansion, pricing/trade, and SKU optimization. Directly and indirectly perform financial analysis and communicate actual and/or anticipated results through insightful dialogue, reporting and scenario modeling. Location: Orrville, OH Work Arrangements: 30% in office expectation (6 days per month) In this role you will: Lead financial plan and forecast process for the Voortman brand to ensure timely submissions, data integrity (in Hyperion) and clear understanding, communication and alignment of results & assumptions Analyze Strategic Business Area (SBA) brand and category financial performance and deliver insights to support business decisions Partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional team(s) to identify financial opportunities and risks Deliver insightful reporting and dashboards consistent with other SBAs and FP&A; Engage on related projects to influence process and output development and training efforts Perform pre/post launch new item analysis and provide financial guidance; analyze business opportunities and communicate scenarios/outlook; Lead SKU optimization Lead financial aspects of long-range planning for categories and the SBA (as needed) with cross-functional team(s) Support SBS Senior Manager with integration related activities, as needed Maintain focus on business trends to deliver short and long-term objectives for the SBA/company Develop understanding of category, consumer and competition to drive decisions rooted in strategy Partner with Customer, Supply Chain and Operations Finance teams to ensure complete and accurate understanding of financial results and outlook Partner with Brand marketing, Innovation and CCB to maintain understanding of competitive category, pricing and merchandising environment The Right Place for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
