System One Timekeeping Specialist in Orlando, Florida

System One is seeking a Timekeeping Specialist for a 5-month contract position working a hybrid schedule in Orlando, FL.

Timekeeping Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the Field Service Timekeeping Template.

  • Use advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

  • Manage Hard Dollar access and library database.

  • Standardize documents and improve timekeeping processes.

  • Track and manage timekeeping files and weekly summaries.

  • Compile weekly labor hours and format timesheet summaries.

  • Troubleshoot and correct timesheet issues.

  • Upload timesheet summaries to SharePoint.

  • Generate weekly and monthly labor and workday reports.

  • Load labor time into SAP and ensure timely updates.

  • Resolve timekeeping discrepancies with relevant teams.

  • Participate in relevant training and development programs.

    Timekeeping Specialist Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP and UKG/Kronos in a timekeeping / payroll setting is required.

  • Associate degree is preferred.

  • Competence in basic arithmetic and data interpretation.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow varied instructions.

  • Basic proficiency in email, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

  • Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure

    Work Location: Orlando, FL 32801

    Contract Duration: 5-months (strong possibility to convert to a direct-hire role, but is not guaranteed)

    Schedule: M-F, Hybrid role working onsite twice a week
