Oracle Technical Analyst 4-Support in Orlando, Florida

Job Description

The preferred location is Orlando, FL, working in a hybrid model. We will consider remote talent on a case-by-case basis.

As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales Support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. As a primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. Possible Weekend work on rotation for client coverage.

Responsibilities

Primary Skills :

Hands-on experience in OIM (Oracle Identity Management) server, OIM Connector, App Server(Weblogic, JBoss), DB, Java, J2ee, or any other Identity Management products such as OAM/OID/OUD. Experience in non-Oracle IAM solutions will also be considered.

Required Skills :

  • Proficient Product knowledge in Oracle IDM 11g/12c or equivalent IAM solutions

  • Web and Application Servers: Weblogic Application Server, WebSphere Application Server, JBoss, Tomcat, JIRA,

  • Working experience in Oracle database

  • Proficient knowledge on Operating Systems Unix/ Windows

  • Proficient knowledge on Troubleshooting tools JFR

  • Networking knowledge TCP/IP, network packet tracing Wireshark or others.

  • Fair knowledge of Java, J2EE implementations

  • Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and Containers.

  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Effectively work with and across the teams and regions

  • Excellent product support and Customer handling skills

  • Ability to understand customer problem and provide technical solution in timely manner

  • Ability to understand customer urgency and sensitivity of problem

  • Ability to view customer situation holistically instead of just single transaction

  • Ability to speak confidently and communicate clearly with customer and customer management

  • Ability to work well with demanding customer environment and delight customer

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong adherence to Process and be process champion

Qualifications:

  • BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry with 3.0 GPA OR (for Applications) proven professional/ technical experience, i.e., demonstrating an understanding of Applications at a functional and technical level (preferably Oracle).

  • 5 + years experience with Core products

  • Prior experience being a leading contributor individually and as a team member.

California Pay Range: from $37.45 to $72.88 per hour; from $77,900 to $151,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $32.45 to $65.58 per hour; from $67,500 to $136,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

New York City Pay Range: from $34.23 to $69.23 per hour; from $71,200 to $144,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Washington Pay Range: from $39.52 to $69.23 per hour; from $82,200 to $144,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
