AT&T Senior Market Sales Executive Fiber in Orlando, Florida

Job Description:

Our Senior Market Sales Executive Fiber will achieve sales objectives by structuring AT&T Fiber value proposition and solutions, and securing new contracts and orders with Building Owners, Property Managers, and potential Customers for solutions, buildings and projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • This is the go-to SME for their market.

  • This position will provide leadership to the sales managers and sellers in their market (i.e., training, blitzes, partnership development), secure new contracts after evaluating opportunities with owners and developers, develop and manage sales opportunities to meet sales targets, create and present proposals to customers and confer and consult with internal contract managers and legal to finalize contract language while negotiating with Network and product teams related to product and service availability.

  • This position will own, develop and manage the sales plan to identify buildings and projects with most complex and strategic opportunity, basically driving the network expansion strategy in that market.

  • This position is responsible for providing end-to-end proactive support of the Light Green program from submission to completion.

  • Ensure identification of prospective customers and the support of building owners and/or property managers.

  • Utilize the AT&T Fiber value proposition and solutions and develop necessary contracts and submissions to solidify the agreements to place ABF and GPON services (i.e., Light Green, LOI, Property Management offers).

  • Drive the submission to completion working outstanding issues preventing progress (i.e., customer not ready holds, incomplete steps), escalating problems with internal partners, and accelerating delayed projects.

  • Upon project completion, submit requests for unique addresses and make certain the seller has the timely update to place the ABF and/or GPON order, maximizing the return on investment for each project.

  • Actively work orders to prevent cancellations in partnership with the Revenue Success Center team.

  • Form strong partnership with critical organizations (i.e., Revenue Success Center, Business Field Services, Construction & Engineering, Fiber Sales Execution).

  • Host weekly jeopardy, escalation, and cancellation discussions.

  • Develop cancellation best practices.

  • Build sales strategies and campaigns with Market leaders to accelerate results.

  • Develop and manage the sales plan to identify buildings and projects with significant and strategic opportunity, accelerating revenue (NSR), increasing unit growth (Fiber-based Dedicated and Shared ports), and improving Fiber penetration.

  • Develop, identify, and distribute opportunities from assessment of assigned building details working with Channel Marketing partners.

  • Every new opportunity provides potential for sellers and builds momentum for sales.

Duties directly related to making sales includes:

  • Meeting with customers engaged in sales activities at the customers site, communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc., related to proposed solution/sale etc., traveling to and from the customers premise, preparing proposals, presentations, or bids, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solution/sale, researching and developing customer solutions with ATT external partners, including design and engineering, and researching customer business and industry to identify new sales opportunities.

Education: A Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience: Requires 5-8 years direct work experience.
