NBC Universal Representative, Marketing- Assurance in Orlando, Florida

JOB SUMMARY:
As Marketing Assurance Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our tactical compliance review for POPCORN. You will be responsible for assisting with tracking, reviewing, and managing marketing proofs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in reviewing, tracking, and approving marketing tactics.
Act as a point of contact for Marketing Assurance related inquiries and facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Conduct research as needed to support Marketing Assurance related projects and initiatives.
Maintain organized records of all toolkits and related documentation for Marketing Assurance review.
Maintain organized records of contract management.
Assist in reviewing, tracking, and execution of marketing contracts, NDAs, and additional agreements.
Act as a point of contact for Marketing Assurance and facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders on contract statuses.
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files.
Prepare and maintain reports on contract status and marketing proofs reviewed.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree.
Legal Studies or Business Affairs preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience in a legal or compliance role.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
