GENERAL FUNCTION

The Disney Part-time Merchandiser fills, maintains and monitors sunglass fixtures on Disney Park Property.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stock, maintain/order sunglasses and fixtures on Disney property

  • Follow Disney's strict appearance and conduct guidelines

  • Maintain and clean all sunglasses and fixtures daily

  • Complete inventory when required

  • Must be able to follow Planogram set up

  • Keep stock areas neat and clean at all times

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent English (both spoken and written), other language is a plus

  • Follow Disney's conduct guidelines and must be able to pass a background check

  • Must be able to work 20-28 hours per week (all daytime hours)

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (Sunday-Saturday; will always have two days off and may be different days each week)

  • Must be willing to work most Saturdays and Sundays

  • Must be willing to work on most Holidays

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis

  • Autonomous, with strong ability to work effectively in multi-cultural, geographically dispersed teams.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
