If so, we are looking for a highly motivated individual like you to join the Sales Central Combustion Turbine (CT) Modernizations & Upgrades team in Gas Services North America region who is eager to push the Siemens Energy (SE) portfolio of products to market!

How You’llMake an Impact

  • Proactivelyidentify CT Modernizations & Upgrades (CT Mods) opportunities based onunderstanding of market trends and customer drivers; collaborate withPlatform Teams to incorporate appropriate Mods products and packages intobid strategies.

  • Leadcustomer presentations promoting SE value proposition and client benefits.

  • Participatein bid strategy discussions with platform teams to develop scope, pricing,and schedule for outage opportunities that leverage Original EquipmentManufacturer (OEM) value and satisfy internal targets and risk thresholds.

  • Lead thesales process for CT Mods opportunities through Open Market and ServiceProgram channels; includes pricing strategy, scope/cost/risk definition,confirmation of component availability, management approval process,proposal generation, customer presentation, and contract negotiation.

  • Maintainmarket price levels, competitive intelligence, and marketing materials forassigned CT Mods products.

  • Drivemarket communication of assigned CT Mods products by participating inindustry conferences, initiating marketing campaigns, and developingmarketing materials.

  • Forecastinventory requirements and develop cases for Strategic Spares as needed tosupport expected market demand for assigned Mods products.

  • Identifyand communicate product development needs based on customer feedback,market trends, and driven intel.

  • MaintainSalesforce.com opportunities to support the CT Mods product lineforecasts.

What YouBring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in power generation and/or power generation service industry; 3+ years of field service experience preferred.

  • Proficient knowledge of Siemens Energy gas turbines and upgrade products is required; hands-on experience preferred.

  • Experience with or in-depth knowledge of field service competitors preferred

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Excel, Power Point, SAP, and Pivot Tables preferred

  • Ability to effectively lead, communicate, and collaborate with a multi-functional team to develop bid strategies, management review packages, and customer deliverables.

  • Strong customer service with firsthand experience and shown success communicating SE product value.

  • Service offering experience including management approval process.

  • Less than 20% travel.
