ManpowerGroup Assistant Controller in Orlando, Florida

Our client is seeking an Assistant Controller to join their team. As an Assistant Controller you will be part of the accounting department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to effectively convey financial information to various audiences, strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and effective time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assistant Controller

Location: Orlando Florida

Pay Range: $50 – $55/hour

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. This may involve gathering financial data, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a team in the accounting department.

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control procedures to safeguard company assets, ensure accuracy of financial records, and prevent fraud.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.
