Correct Craft Assembler-Final Finish in Orlando, Florida

We are looking for experienced Auto Body repair candidates to work in our Assembly area. These associates must find and fix any imperfections before the boat is tested and presented to our customers. The right candidate must be patient and detail oriented in assessing the boat and making sure nothing is missed! If you feel you are the best at auto or boat body repair, buffing, etc., then you need to apply today! Orientation starts on January 11th!

  • We offer a 5:30 am - 4 pm shift and pay $13-$15/hour, DOE

  • Operates and maintains hand and power tools and equipment

  • Installs basic hardware and components

  • Keep a clean and orderly work area

  • Follow the instruction of Supervisor/foreman/lead when doing miscellaneous duties

  • Work with a team to complete daily tasks

  • Inspects all parts after production to ensure that all parts are complete and up to quality standards

  • Perform maintenance required for machines or tools

  • Experienced at using a variety of hand tools including tape measure, razor knives, screw gun, drill, ratchet and DA Sander

  • Experienced with Auto Body, Boat or Specialty Vehicle body repair

  • Prefer to have at least 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment with Assembly line experience

  • Must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.

  • Must be able to read orders and identify missing or defective parts

  • Must have strong attention to detail, nothing can get by you!

  • Must be able to bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time.

  • Must be able to climb into and out of interior of boats

  • Must be able to wear proper safety equipment to include respirator when necessary.

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds when necessary.
