What You Will Do

As a Maintenance Tech 2, you\'ll be at the forefront of ensuring our facilities run smoothly. From basic preventive maintenance to troubleshooting and supporting special projects, your role will be pivotal in meeting our customers\' needs and maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities will include:

  • Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and parts replacement.
  • Execute intermediate activities such as precision adjustments and delicate parts replacement.
  • Diagnose and repair functionality problems reported by customers for optimal work conditions.
  • Provide support during special projects including equipment installations and layout modifications.
  • Utilize the A3 tool for root cause analysis and lead problem-solving events.

What You Will Bring

  • High school diploma or GED; Certificate/Degree/Trade school preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Willingness to train on day shift initially and maintain consistent shift schedule.
  • Accountable, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated punctuality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
