Job Description :

Utilize your body, frame, and mechanical skills to restore damaged vehicles involved in accidents, ensuring they meet factory or customer specifications. At our company, you'll have access to cutting-edge technological tools. Responsibilities:

  • Assess and analyze blueprint damage, request additional time for supplementary repairs if needed.

  • Repair or replace body panels, using a range of power and hand tools.

  • Remove and replace damaged components, performing cosmetic repairs and addressing dents of all sizes.

  • Conduct frame pulling and structural repair work, as well as handle certain mechanical tasks.

    Qualifications:

  • Possess three or more years of relevant experience in body, frame, and mechanical areas.

  • Demonstrate willingness to contribute to our team-oriented environment and the success of our business.

  • Must have personal tools, and Cascade will cover transportation costs to relocate them if necessary.

  • Prior ICAR credit is preferred.

    Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, OR four days with 10-hour shifts and a one-hour lunch break each day, regardless of the shift. Working hours may vary based on workload.
