Trachte, LLC Design Automation Engineer (SolidWorks & DriveWorks) in Oregon, Wisconsin
The Design Automation Engineer will assist in the programming and implementation of engineering technology and customizations. This person will be part of a small team of programmers/designers for Trachte’s automated design solutions.
Responsibilities:
Developing automated design solutions in DriveWorks
Work with others to collect and organize design requirements
Design in SolidWorks or with a SolidWorks designer
Implement initial and ongoing design automation training
Coordinate SQL data communication
Proficient in Solidworks including: Part Design, Sheet Metal Design, Assemblies, and Drawings
Background in basic programming logic (Excel based, Visual Basic or SQL)
Ability to problem solve complex issues between multiple departments.
Experience in leading engineering projects through development.
Mechanical Aptitude or Fabrication Experience
Requirements
