Your Responsibilities:

As our Nurse Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in providing general medical care to children, adults, and the elderly in underserved communities. This role offers a unique setup, blending home health with telehealth opportunities for a flexible schedule.

Requirements:

  • Certified and registered as a Nurse Practitioner

  • AANP or ANCC certification

  • Medicare and Medicaid license numbers

  • Passion for serving underserved communities

  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid model with remote and in-person responsibilities

Schedule:

  • Part-time or Full-time options available

  • Typical hours: 8/9 am - 4 pm

  • Very limited on-call responsibilities

Salary:

  • Competitive and negotiable based on experience
