Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Construction Manager - Zero Emission Bus Facilities to be based in Orange, CA.
Description – Construction Manager will be the project lead in the field overseeing the construction management staff on Zero Emission Bus Facilities related projects. Will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project and implementation of the project plans and specifications as well as be the main point of contact for the client.
The Ideal candidate will have:
Experience working with major transit agencies in California.
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience overseeing a project staff.
Strong understanding of Zero Emission Bus Charging work
Ability to obtain necessary safety training
Experience writing and negotiating change orders
Experience with dispute resolution and claims
Experience as Construction Manager or Resident Engineer on transit projects with construction value $20M+.
Experience with charging and fueling facility construction
Strong understanding of construction and commissioning of electrical equipment
Existing relationships with transit entities in California
Technical Writing skills
Qualifications
Required:
BA/BS + 8 Years of relevant Experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Valid Driver License required
Preferred:
- California PE License

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $125,000.00 - $175,000.00.
