Maxim Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking several Caregivers & Direct Support Personnel to assist in residential settings in Buena Park and Santa Ana!

Caregiver/DSP

  • Setting: Residential

  • Location: Buena Park & Santa Ana

  • Duration: 13 weeks with a possibility of extension

  • Start date: ASAP

  • Pay: $21/hour

  • Schedule: Varying shifts/days available! (AM/PM/NOC) must be comfortable working weekends/holidays

Duties

  • Work to improve, enrich and respect the lives of individuals with developmental, physical, and mental disabilities

  • Develop and implement behavioral management care plans

  • Maintain accurate case management reports

  • Develop and implement plans for individuals to achieve greater independence, daily goals, and community integration

  • Supervise individuals with their Activities of Daily Life

    Requirements

  • Staff must clear all medicals prior to starting (TB test, drug screen, physical)

  • Maxim compliance
