Description

Robert Half is partnering with an established insurance company looking to fill a staff attorney role. This attorney will be defending a litigation caseload of auto accident cases. Lots of opportunity to go to trial!

This attorney should be able to handle a caseload from inception through at least trial preparation. Strong writing, deposition experience, and trial experience are great additions!!

Responsibilities of Role:

  • Manage caseload from A-Z.

  • Prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, demands, and responses.

  • Draft reports and provide file analysis to carrier, client.

  • Take cases to trial.

Requirements:

  • Litigation experience - the company will consider candidates with less than a year if they have litigation experience during/prior to law school!
