We are growing and looking for a full-time dispatcher with integrity and professionalism to join our team in Opelika, Alabama. The work hours are 7:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri, plus an on-call rotation. 

Our dispatch team works diligently to ensure that our technicians get to their calls and that our customers know when they will be arriving. This position plays a vital role in making sure our customers are receiving exceptional service. We want you to be a part of helping us positively impact and enrich each person whose home we service.

What You will be doing:

  • Effectively communicate with customers and handle any questions or needs they may have

  • Organize and assign calls to techs and dispatch techs out

  • Book calls when necessary

  • Build installs and book estimates

  • Debrief calls and input all information from call into system

  • Develop the necessary skills to navigate Spectrum and utilize it properly (prior knowledge of this is preferred)

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • One year of dispatch work experience required

  • Customer service and phone experience required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent communication and computer skills

  • Required 40+ WPM
