Molnlycke is hiring an Area Sales Manager for the Non-Acute market!

In this newly launched role, you’ll be accountable for our Wound Care products' business development and growth outside of acute customers in Ontario. Focused on building brand and strategic initiatives to enable patient access of Molnlycke products through the continuum of care in alignment with marketing, sales, national accounts, and operations

You’ll develop relationships and align strategic priorities with:

o Channels / Go to Market

o Primary focus on Homecare

o Business development projects

Additionally, you’ll:

  • Drive market access opportunities and identify collaborations for optimal sales performance.

  • Showcase product value in patient pathways, reimbursement, and contracting models.

  • Achieve budget and profit targets.

  • Provide comprehensive sales coverage, including clinical and commercial presentations, in the assigned territory.

  • Manage the complete MHC wound care assortment for sustainable and profitable business.

  • Plan and implement value-added solutions with customers to address needs and opportunities.

  • Develop and present commercial offers for new and existing business in non-key accounts.

  • Maintain updated customer data and report activities in the CRM system.

  • Implement the "Global Sales Process" (3C Selling) for effective sales project management and goal achievement

    What you’ll need:

  • A degree in life sciences, business management or equivalent proven experience in Healthcare environment Previous sales experience -OR-Relevant healthcare experience

  • Proven track record in account management and territory sales is desirable

  • Recent local market and customer knowledge is an advantage

  • Good understanding of the challenges within the Health Care environment and how to navigate through all channels of the continuum of care

  • Highly self-motivated, adapts to change, flexible, manages priorities & team player

  • Comprehensive presentation and training skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals.
