Position: Shipping/Mailroom Clerk (DOT/FAA Certified for Hazardous Materials) Location: Irvine, CA Pay rate: $20.00 - $25.00 / per hour DOE

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle shipping and receiving duties, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments
  2. Safely handle hazardous materials in accordance with DOT and FAA regulations
  3. Utilize computer systems for simple data entry tasks related to shipping and inventory management
  4. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external colleagues are clients
  5. Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  1. DOT and FAA certification for handling hazardous materials is required
  2. Prior experience in shipping and receiving preferred
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  4. Ability to work reliably and punctually
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Proficiency in basic computer skills
