Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling accounts. The ideal candidate will monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment. Responsibilities include conducting business-to-business collections while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach, collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, and addressing client inquiries. The role also involves preparing and analyzing aging reports, identifying delinquent accounts, implementing collection strategies, maintaining accurate transaction records, assisting in month-end close processes, generating reports on receivables performance, working with the credit department to assess credit risk, and participating in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role

  • Experience to Business to Business Collections

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)

  • Comfortable working with key performance indicators (KPIs) and meeting targets

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy

  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is a plus
