We are a dynamic organization dedicated to driving data-driven decision-making in the Canadian market. As the Senior Manager of Sales and Commercial Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategies and enhancing our analytics capabilities. Reporting to the VP, General Manager of Canada, you will leverage data insights to drive business growth and optimize sales performance.

This role will be hybrid 2 days a week in our Mississauga office.

Responsibilities:

Sales Operation and Analytics:

  • Sales Data Management and Analysis: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data to drive insights and decision-making. Ensure data availability, quality, and automation to support strategic initiatives.

  • Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and methodologies to support decision-making and planning.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with commercialteams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.

  • Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team in achieving their targets, including territory design, quota setting, and incentive compensation management.

  • CRM Management: Manage and maintain data in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement enhancements to the CRM system to meet business needs.

Commercial Operation and Analytics:

  • Master Data Management: Partner with Commercial Operations to set up and maintain Master Data for Physicians, Health Facilities, and other key elements in the Canadian market.

  • Fees, Rebates, and Chargebacks: Drive the analytics and local implementation of commercial operations processes, such as fees, rebates, and chargebacks.

  • Process Improvement: Partner with Commercial Effectiveness to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization.

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Market Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive market insights and identify business opportunities in the Canadian Diabetes landscape.

  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on key business decisions based on data analysis and insights.

  • IT Collaboration: Partner with the IT organization to drive scale and efficiency of analytic capabilities.

  • Team Management: Develop and maintain a long-term strategy for the integration of the Canadian Sales and Commercial Operations and Analytics team with the North America scaled capabilities, while advocating for the needs of the Canadian customer

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, analytics, statistics, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proven leadership experience an asset while not required.

  • Desired prior experience from med device, pharma or healthcare environment
