Position Summary

Develops sourcing strategies for assigned open positions, including searching for and engaging passive candidates. Works closely with hiring managers to determine needs and sourcing strategies, as well as coaching them on candidate assessment techniques. Manages the talent acquisition process end-to-end, including screening resumes for skills and experience.
