Short Description

The Account Executive III is responsible for calling on new and existing customers to develop up-sell and cross-selling opportunities. We are seeking someone with outside sales experience that is self-motivated, outgoing, sales-minded, with a positive attitude, coachable and a hunter mentality. You will work in a unique fast-paced environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities

  • Perfect a questions-based or solution-selling approach to uncover needs and position value of offerings

  • Create and manage all communications surrounding pricing, proposals, and contract preparations with prospects and customers

  • Perform web-based or in person presentations to prospective or current customers on InEight portfolio of products

  • Work across departments to support customer advocacy

  • Manage pipeline and follow-up via detailed data entry and tracking within SalesForce.com

  • Report on the success or failure of marketing campaigns and use this information to improve upcoming campaigns

  • Communicate internally on suggested ideas for product enhancements

  • Anticipate and mitigate crises and challenges to each client’s business

  • Train and mentor cross functionally across the team

  • Thorough knowledge of team process and recommends enhancements regarding process improvements

  • Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others within the team

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years' professional sales experience

  • Software/SaaS sales experience

  • Demonstrated results leveraging a solutions-selling process

  • Successful experience at new account development and closing new or add-on business

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented

  • Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills

  • SalesForce.com or CRM equivalent experience

  • Experience using LinkedIn and Linkedin Navigator as a lead generation tool

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong, relevant experience in the construction, oil and gas, mining, or utility industries

  • Team Lead or other leadership experience preferred
