Description

We are seeking a Project Engineer in Omaha, NE to support our Sales Representatives in completing administrative tasks associated with the sales cycle. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented and proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Sales Team taking and retaining information from their direction

• May perform site walks with Sales Team to analyze drawings/specifications to develop detailed proposals.

• Take leads and enter information into system

• Frequently communicate with sales representatives regarding project/sales status

• Design scaffolds based on information provided from Sales Team and to add to Work Package

• Upload contracts for Legal Review and monitor progress

• Pass finished proposals back to Sales lead to push to customer

• Create a report to submit weekly to Branch Management and Sales

• Set up meetings for proper hand-offs to Project Management/Operations

Qualifications

• Highly motivated team player

• Attention to detail is a must

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to multi-task and stay organized while dealing with numerous ongoing projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Auto-cad experience is a plus

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish plus

• Construction/Scaffolding industry experience a plus
