Thrasher, Inc Marketing Project Manager in Omaha, Nebraska

We provide solutions to help with water, foundation, and concrete. Our marketing Project Manager assists our marketing team by providing a seamless journey through each project's success.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Manage Marketing Project Plans: Manage project requests and assist in project prioritization for the Marketing Team. Lead project kick-off meetings and ensure team alignment on all project details. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure accountability while maintaining Thrasher's project management system.

  • Keep Projects on Track: Manage project plans and timelines effectively. Proactively work to find solutions if a project gets off track. Serve as quality control to ensure projects are completed and up to the standards of the Marketing Manager.

  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Set clear expectations and project details with the Marketing Team & external vendors. Meet regularly with the Marketing Manager to align on project status and concerns. Keep a pulse on work-in-progress and proactively communicate project status and necessary updates.

  • TAKE CARE OF FAMILY: Ensure your teammates and colleagues have what they need to be successful, help them communicate when needed, and ensure everyone in the process is treated with a human element.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in marketing, related field or relevant experience. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Marketing Project Manager role and a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
