We're looking for a Digital Delivery Manager for Building Information Modeling located in or near Omaha, NE who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. 

Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities. You’ll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget and schedule for assigned tasks. You’ll effectively recognize and communicate scope and design changes promptly. You’ll also provide on-site assistance during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline  

  • At least 5-10 Years of industry experience as a BIM coordinator, BIM Management, VDC Engineer or other applicable role Experience with digital Close-out and construction Administration  

  • Knowledge and experience of the full BIM Lifecycle

  • Understanding of Asset Data Encoding

  • Experience with Data Center BIM Management from Design to Closeout

  • Working knowledge of Autodesk products including: AutoCad, Revit,3D Modeling, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

  • Familiar with Data Center Design or Construction

Ideally, you’ll also have:   

  • Professional Engineer (PE) preferred  

  • Background or industry experience in one of the MEP disciplines 

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written   

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills    

  • Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas   

  • Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base   

  • Ability to work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams   

  • Passion for buildings and construction   

  • Works well in a fast-paced collaborative environment 

  • Self-motivated and highly proactive

  • Ability to lead and manage others
