Overview

CHI Health and Creighton University School of Medicine are seeking a quality driven, patient–centered Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska . The practice offers the ability to work alongside colleagues, to teach medical students, and to direct CRNAs in a full-spectrum practice. This opportunity is well-suited for physicians seeking a diverse practice, including trauma.

Responsibilities

  • Team of 18 FT physicians and 45 CRNAs (2 CVOR Anesthesiologists)

  • 391 bed - Level I Trauma Center

  • Academic Facility

  • Care team model with medical direction of CRNAs

  • Accreditation in process for Anesthesia residency program and SRNA program

  • Dedicated CVORs

  • Academic Appointment available if desired from Creighton University School of Medicine

  • EPIC EMR

Qualifications

  • Comfortable Supervising CRNA's

  • ABA Board certified or Board eligible

  • Completion of a Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship

  • Ability to obtain Nebraska Licensure

  • ACLS and BLS certification

Pay Range

$255.21 - $257.21/hour
