We are a growing business with 12 locations looking for someone to join the team as a Business Relationship Manager! In this role you will maintain and build relationships with industry partners through unique and innovative channels. Whether you're at an industry conference or on the golf course, we are looking for a team member to be the liaison with excellent communication skills. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER?

  • Maintain/Build strong rapport through frequent communication and in person interactions with industry to include but not limited to dealerships & Insurance agents

  • Communicate suggestions and inquiries from industry partners to appropriate internal teams

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create partnership opportunities

  • Take a proactive and innovative approach to expanding company relationships through networking, community outreach and involvement

  • Participate at industry events and community activities

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE:

  • Ability to respectfully and confidently communicate with others in industry

  • Creative approach to developing new, innovative ideas that will expand the company’s reach in industry

  • Ability to work independently with a high level of integrity while always taking the company’s best interest into mind

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous Business to business relationship building or marketing experience preferred but not required

  • Previous Dealership, Insurance, or Auto Collision experience preferred but not required
