This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000/year with expected hours ranging from 55 to 60 hours per week.

About the Role: As an HR Bilingual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the HR department. From talent acquisition and training to compensation and benefits, employee relations and workers' compensation, your contributions will be vital to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Bilingual Assistant:

  • Effectively communicate with all employees to address and resolve employment-related issues.
  • Conduct group orientations to onboard new employees.
  • Collaborate with senior management and supervisors to share information, resolve problems and provide necessary coaching.
  • Plan, design and deliver HR processes and programs that align with business and company goals.
  • Participate in key HR projects.
  • Professionally represent the company when working with brokers, insurance carriers, staffing agencies, attorneys, regulatory agencies and HR professional groups.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information daily.
  • Maintain a high degree of credibility within the organization and provide exceptional customer service to all employees.
  • Demonstrate superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit a genuine desire to work with people at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications for the HR Bilingual Assistant position:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • At least 1 year of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven skills in presenting, resolving conflicts and delivering superior service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all company levels.
  • Strong drive and self-motivation, capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong technical HR skills and health and safety knowledge.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative and dynamic plant environment.
