Conagra Associate Business Service Analyst in Omaha, Nebraska

Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager of Business Services, the Associate Business Services Analyst supports successful collaboration with internal and external customers and/or suppliers to meet business needs within the Business Services function. You will respond to information requests and communicate the impact to stakeholders and partners. The responsibilities of this role could span across multiple functions.

You Will:

  • Help gather and interpret data with various levels of problem solving

  • Identify problems and opportunities, recommending solutions

  • Create reporting and metrics; provide analysis that drives action/ resolution

  • Present findings that assist understanding, alignment, and informed decision making.

  • Help to improve business processes and customer requests

  • Work across functions and with various levels within the organization

  • Document business process and recommend process improvements

  • Exercise judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to identify and help resolve issues

  • Support work in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment

  • Organize and prioritize multiple activities simultaneously

  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and in a cross functional team

  • Work across geographies and cultures

  • Practice influence and peer collaboration; get work done through others

  • Act as the escalation contact for internal and external partners.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business related field and up to 3 years related business experience required

  • Data Visualization experience with PowerBI or a similar tool

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal

  • Intellectual curiosity

  • Self-starter with ability to work independently

  • Possesses the capacity to apply critical thinking

  • Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office) including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Domestic and International travel may be required

  • Ability to work and perform in a fun, agile and fast-paced business environment

  • Ability to work 3 days per week onsite in our Omaha office: Tues, Weds & Thurs
