Bankers Trust 2025 Summer Internship Program

Bankers Trust’s Summer Internship Program provides a great opportunity for students to enhance their professional skills, engage in impactful networking, and receive rewarding work experience.

Each intern is assigned to a specific division or department related to their area of study.

A supervisor will provide guidance and ensure that the intern’s time is focused on substantive work and activities. Interns will have opportunities to meet with executives in our organization and network with interns from other local organizations. In addition, each student is given objectives/goals to obtain during the program.

Activities

Interns spend some of their time on other activities designed to promote teamwork and enhance professional development. These activities include events such as:

  • Interviewing the CEO/President, Board members, and a member of the Executive Committee

  • Attending Lunch-n-Learns

  • Citywide networking events

  • Team Project

  • Participate in Bank sponsored events

    During the internship, interns will select either a group or individual community service project to participate in during the summer. The purpose of this experience is for the intern to gain an appreciation for the community and to understand the value of volunteerism.

    Compensation

    We offer a competitive salary to students participating in our program as well as Bonus opportunities.

    Eligibility

    Our program is available to current sophomore and junior undergraduate college students who are majoring in Accounting, Communications, Finance, Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Public Relations or any other Business-related major.

    Location

    This internship opportunities will be located in the Omaha area.
