Confidential Medical Assistant for busy private practice. in OLYMPIA, Washington

If so, come join our busy non-surgical specialty practice as a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant.  Must be able to function efficiently in a fast-paced but relaxed environment.

Job Duties:

*Verifies patient information by interviewing patient; recording medical history; accurate reconciliation of medication list; confirming purpose of visit. *Prepares patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests; taking blood pressure, weight, and temperature; reporting patient history summary. *Secures patient information and maintains patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records; completing diagnostic coding and procedure coding; keeping patient information confidential. *Work independently with attention to detail and accuracy completing paperwork including but not limited to outgoing orders and follow up. *Serves and protects the practice by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.

Must be licensed with the state as a medical assistant or be a qualified candidate eligible for certified or registered medical assistant license. 

Wage DOE. Medical, dental, vision, LTD, scrub allowance benefits and PTO. Generous 401K and profit sharing after 1 year of employment.

Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
